Delete Your Pulse Account

To request deletion of your Pulse account and associated data, email [email protected] with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" from the email address associated with your account.

WHAT WE DELETE

  • Your profile information (name, photo, company, job title)
  • Your saved contacts and Inbox history
  • Your account credentials and sign-in data
  • Any custom mode configurations you've created

WHAT WE MAY RETAIN

  • Order and shipping records for physical products purchased through Pulse, as required for tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes
  • Anonymized, aggregated usage data that cannot be tied back to your identity

TIMELINE

Deletion requests are processed within 30 days of receipt. You'll receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been removed.
